Okay this is getting out of control. He has so many neck rolls, that this irritation happens. It gets gunk in it and then it smells disgusting. I've tried everything to keep it dry, nothing works. He doesn't seem bothered by it at all, but it smells and just looks painful. Anyone have any tips?

I use coconut oil as well and it also great on diaper rashes
coconut oil! one of my lil guys got that and I would use coconut oil and it helped clear it up
Diaper rash ointment helped my son. I gave him a bath every night, dried it and then ointment
eventually it will heal up. A&D ointment or any rash cream...

put A&D ointment on it after you clean it, and it should heal up quickly

looks like you need yeast medicine. my daughters neck was like that and nothing cleared it up doc said it turned to yeast. she gave me a cream and it cleared up instantly
