-Does anyone else's arms/hands and legs/feet hurt them so bad?!? Mine have been very achy for 2days…

@bugg545, I googled it and it says lack of circulation..!! I have my hands smashed between my pillows.. it helps a little not much though

I do that too and for me it helps if I take a warm bath first

bath and wrap them will help! I had to wear a brace a lot!
