Okay mommies!!
I'm having a 100% all natural birth (of course, unless something were to go wrong and I had to have medication, but let's hope for the best) but as of right now a epidural is not even a word in my dictionary anymore, I'm really determined to do it the good old fashion way! Any tips? I heard keeping the mind busy and breathing exercises work really well!
I exercise everyday walking about a half of a mile or a mile a day plus pregnancy yoga when I get back. I eat healthy besides when those ICEE craving hit 😉 I drink two cups of raspberry leaf tea a day. So I'm just looking for anything else that may help the labor!! 😊
Thank you ❤️

if you can. try to get in a shower. and let the hot water hit where your having those power back pains. that helped me, and helped the achy feeling I was having in my pelvic area. also a birthing ball helps.

Learn good breathing technics and meditation during strong contractions. There are also some good yoga posses to help with baby positioning
