You will want to but the pregnancy one, trust me. They are about an inch long but once that belly gets to growing it will cover it completely mine did, and they only cost $1 well where I got mind it did.

I don't wear either, just took mine out. It all depends, my friend is 8 months and she still wears hers but she's super tiny. As long as its not uncomfortable or painful, you can continue to wear yours. A pregnancy one is a little longer and flexible.
