I've decided as long as my husband works Eddison will continue to get up at the crack of dawn. 😂. should I let him make up the extra time by sleeping 2 2 hr naps during the day or letting him go to bed super early like 6? Bc that would make him have like 11 hrs of sleep at night. they say they need 12?? I don't want to be causing him developmental problems bc he isn't able to get the full nights sleep??? but he's so old to he napping that much. but since Hes missing the sleep at night ???

okay thank you !!!! and he's sleeping from 8-530 @queendavis and that's good makes me feel better !

If he's missing the sleep at night then it's okay for him to be making it up during the day. At Eddison's age, my son was taking two 2hr naps a day, then sleeping from about 7/8pm-8/9pm. So I think you should be ok if you let him sleep longer during the day and like the rest of your post says! I let my kids sleep however long they want, and it seems to be working out ok! Haha. And also, developmentally I don't think it'll cause an issue for you guys 😊 I think it has to be a real large lack of sleep for it to really mess with a kid!
