this is my first pregnancy and tomorrow I'm 20 weeks along and I still haven't felt him move. It's driving me crazy I just wanna know he's there and everything is okay. 😟 should I be worried.

No, it's normal for FTM's to not feel a kick, wriggle, or dance. Everyone is different.
just wait. you might be feeling the baby but don't even realize it. just relax. I started to feel my son at 18 weeks but didn't realize that's what it was till 20
You could feel your baby move by the time you're 25 weeks. You might actually already be feeling him and not realize it. I've been feeling my daughter move since I was 13 weeks, which is extremely early. Just feel for little fingers under your skin, as weird as that sounds lol. That's how it felt for me at first.
No you might feel him soon and it's normal you could feel him next week or the week after or even in a few days
