I don't think so. Some babies just have colic.

I don't think she has colic tho. She doesn't seem to cry like a colic baby does. It's more of like whining or something. @jjbutton

@marcelljessica, if it's something you are concert about ask your pediatrician. I cried so hard in the first trimester, my body would shake. My baby only cries now because of his acid reflux. (That started around 7 weeks).

@marcelljessica, hang in there and don't be afraid to ask questions. When does she mostly do this?

I argued with my boyfriend a lot during my pregnancy and I would cry afterwards sometimes. I'm already an emotional person so during my pregnancy it was 10x worse, lol. Her two month appointment is next month so I'll be sure to ask them about it! But it's not really a certain time she does it. It just seems to me that she's really whiny a lot and seems to be nervous or scared a lot. I know also my sister & my boyfriends mother said she cried 2 hours straight after she was born so I thought maybe since I was a cry baby during my pregnancy it affected her. @jjbutton

I think lots of women get pretty emotional for one reason or another during pregnancy. She just may just want a little extra loving/comforting during those times. Swaddling or holding close with rhythmic patting (to mimic your heart beat) may help. Hang in there and good luck.

everyone is different so I can't give you a definite answer, but I cried almost daily with my pregnancy due to stress and my son is and always has been very happy unless something is wrong (teething, sick, ect)

Shes happy! It just seems that some stuff scares her very easily. @chhaya

I cried a lot i mean a lot due to personal problem stress and many other problem and that's the way my baby is like gets sad easily and at 1st he would always look sad and I told my mom (mother of 6) and she told me that when someone cries extremely alto during a pregnancy a baby feels the pain like emotionally and that why my son was like that and not to argue infront of him and not to raise my voice at him because it can get worst and she told me just to talk to him sweetly and just not argue and now he is improving and smiles a lot often @marcelljessica

at 1 St I wouldn't believe. y mom but one day me and my husband were arguing and the baby just started crying and I though something was wrong (my hubby and I was not screaming or nothing) AMD he was still crying he stop crying once my hubby apologize and hugged me like I was shok after that I did believe my mom

My baby does that too!! Hopefully she outgrows it. @mommynelly
