😩 So the dreaaded insomnia has begun! literally practically in tears right now! didn't sleep til almost 6am this morning and then had to get the girls up at 7.30am for school, now have to take them to school!...as soon as I get back in I'm going straight to sleep and not getting up til it's time to pick them up from school! 😩😭😭😪😪

@jayden19 I just found it so weird as I live sleeping and never usually have an issue despite napping throughout the day but last night my body would not relax! I was hurting all over and had cramps as well as back pain, I'm praying tonight is a better night for me and you lol x
I was the same last night! Just couldn't get to sleep until around 3am which is VERY unlike me lol xx
