Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret. What can help me gain my weight back. I had gained good weight with the old birth control pill I was taking but now that I'm on this one I've noticed I'm losing weight and that is what I'm trying to avoid. I need tips on how to gain weight fast.
