I have a thing for herbal teas. are there any that I should not drink while trying to concieve a child? all are caffeine free just wasn't sure there would be any herbs that could suppress getting pregnant or hurt the fetus once I do get pregnant. anything else that I should stay away from would be good to know as well :) thanks lovlies ♡ just want to be prepared on things I should stay away from

@mrsgeorge, I will stay awake from green tea until after we have a baby then. @rachellynn that's a safe one to drink?
yeah I have some pregnancy books and they say green tea in pregnancy can cause miscarriage, early labor, and stillbirth.
@lil_bigmama, I asked her but she said most of them should be fine until I get pregnant but didn't think that was right. @mrsgeorge I only drink green tea with jasmine but that's only when I'm sick but thanks I'll stay away from that from now on

My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

Yes . It's a great pre pregnancy drink and also a great pregnancy/labor drink. And it does not induce labor.
