Im so nervous I have my first prenatal dr appointment tomorrow Im praying my dr does an ultrasound even though the baby is still small im praying everything is ok with my little one im just scared 🌈👶👣💗

you could get lucky. my midwife couldn't find the heartbeat cause baby was so small and low so I got a ultrasound
