Being sick while pregnant stinks so bad . I can't breathe out of my nose and I've done taking the max Tylenol sinus and cold pills I'll allow myself in one day and tried all these home remedies and nasal spray , humidifier , everything ! Now my nose hurts to touch and I still can't breathe 🤕

Grab a towel and throw it over your head and the humidifier. Have you tried any Vick's vaporub? @brookemommy2be

Thank you @nichols41418 & yes @mommagotbump16 I have Vicks rub on right now and finally after going through almost the whole bottle of nasal spray , I'm starting to feel a lil better . Just hope it stays this way through the night
