Really not that great for you :( try coconut water instead! Much better for rehydrating without all of the nasty stuff lol.

how much did u drink? and I never got cramping.

I drank about half of the bottle then stopped when I felt cramping. I will try coconut water and pedialyte, thank you ladies! It was super weird, I know lots of women drink Gatorade with no problem. Guessing Aiden just may not like it :/

different women will be sensitive to different things, what's normal for you could be so different for me.

I was told gatorade is real bad because of all the salt it contains....it gets you swollen....there for doctor said stay away from sport drinks
