When you go for your first PP check do they put the metal clamp things whatever idk how to spell it lol inside you? Mines Tuesday and I'm so nervous cause I am NOT ready for that yet. Honestly think I might refuse it and schedule another appointment in 2 weeks if they try

Speculum. With my first baby they just pressed on my uterus and checked my cervix. I didn't go to my pp check after my second baby.
it depends if your having any unusual pain or complications. the doc didn't check me since I felt fine and didn't have any issues.
Some do some don't. Mine did but my sisters didn't.
