I've had both of these kinds and they're way better than taking pills but they're still gross I just chew them really fast lol

@olivia322, o okay so you just grew out on the taste. last pregnantcy I took natures made capsules. before getting pregnant this time I've been taking the woman's one a day gummies. they are so good, so I picked these up as well used these for helping me get pregnant

I hated over the counters. my dr prescribed me ones that have no effect at all
