Feeling majorly down today. I have a 5 year old son and a 2 and a half week old daughter and a partner who loves me, but I can't seem to keep a smile on my face. I can't see anything but all the negatives in my life, they seem to completely overshadow all the positives. I should be happy, but I'm not.
@theasmummy, On and off really, I have good days and I have bad days. It does seem the bad is outweighing the good at the moment though. And unfortunately I can't speak to him about it, he wouldn't understand if I tried x
