Anybody else experience heavy charlie horses in there legs so bad that they feel paralyzed for the time it's happening and it hurts so bad u can't move till it's gone ?

@rskille, it's so horrible I sit there In so much pain I wake my other kids up from it ugh horrible .. Do u know a faster way to her rid of it ?

What helps me is a magnesium supplement that my sister told me about. Restless leg syndrome runs in my family (she has it really bad) so when I got pregnant and started having it too she knew what would help.
