Anybody else experience heavy charlie horses in there legs so bad that they feel paralyzed for the time it's happening and it hurts so bad u can't move till it's gone ?

What helps me is a magnesium supplement that my sister told me about. Restless leg syndrome runs in my family (she has it really bad) so when I got pregnant and started having it too she knew what would help.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
it used to happen to me as soon as I woke up slightly when I would stretch my legs out even a little they would hit and it'd be so bad
