Who is experiencing leaky breast already and what type of pads do you use? I'm 30 x1 today and I'm thinking the leakage should start soon so I want to be prepared.

no problem. those should last you until you get your milk in. then you should get something thicker because if you don't you may wake up for feeding time in a pool of your own milk
