I took two in the morning and 2 at night:) to keep my stomach from tearing up bc trust me it will, but it's worth it. Girl i know talk to your doctor about provera of will help alot:)

you need provera for a period, metformin stabilizes ovulation and the glucose issue pcos women have.But the recommended dose for metformin is 2000 as soon as you get up to that your body will react more to the meds, I didn't have a period at all sometimes I did but others no provera makes your body shed the lining and start also will regulate it:)@christinaantoinette that's actually one reason I suspected some thing was up bc my provera didn't make me start in November like it should've I was pregnant lol

I'm only on a thousand and I'm not getting a period ... Last month I spotted . At first i though I was pregnant but I took two test and I'm not .... Its so confusing . I want to up my dosage but I don't know what's up with my period? @hermommy

I have PCOS they said the only way I'd have a viable pregnancy was throughout ivf after 3 miscarriages they put me on metformin and provera and did an HSG to mske sure my tubes weren't blocked and within a month or two I was pregnant now 16 weeks with a healthy baby girl

I went YEARS experiencing irregular periods, but was still surprised to find out when I tried conceiving that not only did I have PCOS but also had Hashimoto ' s disease.

I began seeing an endocrinologist who treated my Hashimoto Disease (thyroid abnormality). After 3 mths of meds, I was cleared to start trying to conceive, the OB put me on Clomid and for the life of me I can't remember the other drug (this was 7 years ago)! Well, after a few stressful months I conceived my little girl.. 😆

Four months later I found out I was pregnant AGAIN!! 😨 LOL

Had my little man a week after my daughter turned 1. One month later my husband had a vasectomy, we were DONE... so we thought... yup!

I went for a regular physical in 2014 and found out I was pregnant with #3... lol, it doesn't end there though.. my husband had a 2nd vasectomy this past September and I decided to get my tubes tied also (as a precaution, we were DONE, AGAIN!) I went to schedule my tubal and found out I was pregnant with #4.. 😱

moral of my LENGTHY story, don't stress. You WILL get your baby(ies) stay positive and enjoy one another, stress will only mess with your mind and body. .

God is good.... That's a great testimony @shiloh2123 ... I'm trying myself now .... I've been tired, dizzy and I getting a very light bleeding which isn't normal for me bc when I get my period (tmi I know 😜) it's normally heavy... So I'm going to wait a few days and see what happens but I keep praying I know God can heal me and your the example of how he can ... Thanks for sharing your journey with me ... Sorry I pressed enter to soon. Then I was told I could try a drug to get me to ovulate like metformin. I was supposed to see a fertility specialist but didn't have good insurance. About 8 months ago I was feeling dizzy and just not myself. Then I took a test and got a faint positive. Went in two days later for a blood test and it was confirmed. I was 4 weeks pregnant with my first. We had a tough first trimester. With PCOS your chances of miscarrying are greater. At 19 weeks we found out that we were expecting a healthy baby boy☺️ Thankfully my pregnancy has been going smoothly since then. I was told it was a miracle I got pregnant in the first place ESP without medicine. My baby boy will be here in about 6 weeks and o couldn't feel more blessed. I'm so ready to meet my little man👶🏽💙 Good luck to you💕
