So tonight I warmed up a cup of Sleepytime Extra tea. I didn't even think that it would be bad while pregnant it says no caffeine and I thought tea was fine. I then went and researched and get mixed reviews about it. So please leave me some feedback if you've ever drank sleepytime extra while pregnant. I can't imagine just one cup being harmful?
So I drink a few cups of rasberry tea (usually hate tea) and I am in so much PAIN! Already 3.5 cm do you guys think it did anything?💁
So I took extra strength Tylenol but didn't think to check if its okay while pregnant. Is that safe while pregnant.?
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
So I tried the raspberry leaf tea and pills today... I had 2 cups of the tea and 1 pill and I'm feeling these contractions mild but I feel them.....

people will day tea is bad or any natural stuff..... doctors don't test it so women think it's bad. it's not. before medicine that'd what people had. I drink AL kinds of tea and I use natural oils.
