Anyone know how to get rid of sinus drainage?? I can't sleep 😫

Or you can try steaming up the bathroom by turning your shower on and keeping the door shut and inhaling the hot steam :) I always do that for my daughter when she's stuffy hope it helps Hun

Yes it does! The one thing I hate about KY is the sinus and allergies it causes! I noticed you were from Manchester. I was born in Red Bird :)

Try boiling a pan of salt water and just kinda breath it in. Struggling with the same thing but too lazy to get up to do it
