Or you can try steaming up the bathroom by turning your shower on and keeping the door shut and inhaling the hot steam :) I always do that for my daughter when she's stuffy hope it helps Hun

Try boiling a pan of salt water and just kinda breath it in. Struggling with the same thing but too lazy to get up to do it
