hi has anyone else had this dark bleeding like a period in pregnancy about 4 weeks then get a positive result am I still pregnant or having a miscarriage as when iv miscarried before the test came up negative when the bleeding started I'm so confused xx

I think it might be stopping it's more brown ie old blood now but was like half a pad full of blood but iv not slept so going to try see if sleeping helps xx
