I have heartburn so bad my throat hurts

I got the throat burning part I've been thinking about honey bbq wings and I didn't even eat them but I've got that burning feeling

I have come to find Rolaids instant action are the best to get rid of the heartburn... I've tried Tums with no relief. hope it helps!
