I'm sorry I know it's not funny but every time I see how much birth costs with crap or no insurance the first thing that pops in my head is the scene from Matilda where the dad was like "5,000 dollars , 900 for a bar of soap? I'm not paying it! what are they gonna do? Repossess the kid?" . I hope everyone is at least somewhat covered though . That is no joke ❤️

@mommy2jaidyn.noah, my last son with private insurance we payed about 10k out of pocket. this time we have the same company but duff plan so hoping it will be cheaper.

my total bill for the hospital stay, c section, and newborn care was over $60,000...I only paid $1000 out of pocket... insurance is a good thing to have.
