I can't tell if I should go to a hospital. I have cramping like period cramps in my upper left side. I was given a paper stating that if I have period like cramps to relax for an hour on my left side but this is the second time today. The paper stated this as a sign for preterm labor and was from a doctor. I don't feel contractions or anything but I am worried.

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
What does it meat to have period like cramps and diarrhea?
Every time I have a contraction...I feel my left side of my pelvic bone cramp like it's opening...Lord does it hurt.

It doesn't hurt to go just to make sure everything's ok . Just go straight to labor and delivery not the er

@babybermea, @prettybrown4268 I fell asleep and woke up no cramps! I called my doctor and informed them they told me to stay off my feet I must've over did it yesterday! Thank you for being there!
