has anyone else lost their baby to cps when they were only a few months old and they didn't want anything to do with you? my son, every time I see him, all he does is cry. its to the point were he is in his car seat for the two hour visit and I'm just there to see him cry. can't touch, can't talk, nothing. but when the foster mom walks in he is all smiles. she was holding his hand and I walked to him and held his other hand and he went to smiling to crying. I don't know how much of this I can take. I'm about to put him up for adoption because it brakes my heart to much to just sit there and hear him scream because he doesn't want to see me.

He may be in a stage where he's afraid of strangers, even tho your not a stranger. He unfortunately sees the foster parent more, gets food, comfort & the whole nine yards from them. I know this has got to be hard on you but don't give up, you will regret it in the end. He should be something worth fighting for. Good luck momma!! :)

I just wanted to let you know that I'm praying for you and your baby don't give up hope that's is your baby and he needs you he's just confused right now but I'm here if you ever need someone to talk to..... I've dealt with cps well over here we call it DCF so just keep fighting and show them you deserve to have your son

My mom works for CPS and as hard as I know it must be to see your son get upset ... Keep going to your visitations, don't miss a single one! Work services and don't give up! He is just too young ... Like @shandy69 said even though your not a stranger he recognizes the foster parent as he sees them daily! Do not give up ! Stay in constant contact with your case worker, work services, get what help you need to get him back! Stay strong momma you can do this!

my daughter was with me every day for 10 months & because of the lead situation in our house, she has to go with my MIL only for a month to SC & when she came back she wanted NOTHING to do with me. it's the age. if she was older it wouldn't b like that. dont give up hun & stay strong

thanks everyone. I knew that he might be in that stage were I'm like a stranger to him but everyone I know was saying that he still knows me.

I don't know but in Florida we call em DCf and they took my daughter from me when she was 3months old and it hurt she was the opposite though but don't give up be patient and pray about everything God has control what he say goes I'll be praying for you to be reunited with your child no Good mother should be in these situations he knows you there is no bond like mother and child don't let the enemy fool you
