i know a lot of mommies have those pesky questions during their last trimester and labor
well I'm always here
I'm a #doula that's professionally trained thru DONA I'm in the Richmond area and honestly i love empowering and helping women face labor heqd on and reach their goals
i understand that most doulas charge just to be seen and helped but the way i see it
labor is a free and sacred experience why should you have to pay for mental and spiritual support?
i dont charge just to be a phone call or text away and if you're in the vicinity of Saint Marys or Henrico doctors I'd love to be there for you anyway you'd like

now in the past if it's really far requiring me to stay overnight or hotel is charge but honestly a family member can provide support if trained but not everyone has this option so why make some one pay you to be by there side thru this
