I just wanna ask you ladies about food that helps me gain weight!!! I'm 99.8 pounds only!! And I'm 5.6 tall .

And I'm 4 weeks, 4 days pregnant??? What should I eat????

Oh so your apart of the lucky tribe😂. Well eat on girl. I would say to watch the salt intake. But eat on..... Now is the time to request all of your favorite foods Lol.

Hahaha @sexxymama83 I'm eating Syrian bread with some Syrian salty cheese ( I'm Syrian ) we cook a lot!!! But I don't eat much !! This is my family genes we Stay thin even if we ate 24/7 😂😂😂😂

Lol yes! Eat what you want and don't worry about it. You will lose the weight if you gain 'a lot'. Just enjoy your pregnancy. Don't deprive yourself and stress over it. If you want a Whooper eat that mug! Lol. I always gain while I'm pregnant and idc caus I always lose it too. Just enjoy it.... Now go eat some clam chowder with some crackers mmmmm Lol.

That's just what my doctor told me. he might tell you something completely different! I'm 14 weeks and I've only gained maybe 5 or 6 pounds. It can be difficult especially with morning sickness and I ended up losing my appetite completely. Don't stress too much! its normal to not gain too much in the first trimester or even to lose weight. it's the second or third trimesters that you need to be gaining.

Eat what you normally do I was smaller then that when I got pregnant with my first. You really don't need a lot of extra calories for baby right now.

You will most likely need to gain weight due to being tall. But just try to gain weight in a healthy way. Many women here end up gaining too too much because they think they can eat anything and everything. That's when they end up unhealthy fat and 60 lbs to lose after baby. Just consider that everything you eat yourself your baby will get nutrients from as well. So just be cautious. You're baby can get more nutrients from avocados with healthy fat than a double whopper.

You could eat all healthy fats. Sweet potatoes. Salmon. Biscuits with jelly. Lol. Chile don't get me started Lol. If you stayed by me I'd fatten you and that Lik baby right on up😂🙂

yes you can, you shouldnt gain a whole lot in the first trimester. I'm little to but have done nothing but lose weight. there is a such thing as gaining to much weight in pregnancy to quickly. I personally say wait to be safe. I've lost 20 pounds and my daughter is completely healthy they dont want most to start gaining u til second tri.@salirass,

I was about the same weight as you went I got pregnant and my doctor told me one pound a week.

any thing you can but just because you weigh less does my mean you need I gain more, wait until you go to the doctor they will tell you how much to lose or gain@salirass
