woke up last night with cramps in my abdomen. could fall back to sleep for an hour because it was hurting. and then this morning I was getting dressed and I got the cramps again while bending to get my clothes......should I be worried

Kinda thinking about going to the hospital.. I've been having lower back pain and cramps all day, and my belly keeps getting tight, sometimes it'll just be on the side.. When my belly gets tight I get cramps, but they aren't too bad. Should I go in?
I keep seeing ladies getting checked and was bleeding and cramping afterwards yeeeeah I don't think I'll be getting checked today at my appointment no thanks
