it was during an emergency csection and the article about it was posted by an anti csection club. it would be like getting vaccination information from someone who is completely antivax.
there is pretty much a less than 1% chance of that happening. and if you need a csection, I can promise you, the risk of whatever happening to try and force a vaginal delivery to avoid a csection over this is totally not worth it.

It has happened before, sadly I know someone that this happened too. It's rare but it has happened.

According to the article I just read it's super rare. 272 cases out of. 37,110 but it does happen

it can happen I mean the doc can't always tell the exact position the baby is at that moment and so yeah it can and has happened
