My cousin did it, after having 2 of their own, and she said he wasn't as attentive to her as he was when she was bearing their own children. After all the adopting parents or parent might not want the baby with your husbands sperm and want you to use a donors. That could cause a problem there. Keep all these things in mind.

that's a very noble thing to do...you just have to make sure that you're emotionally ready for that. as long as your husband is on board i say go for it.

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
