It's only on the one cheek and no where else. No one else has it on either side of family. And it's worse when she wakes up. She sleeps on that cheek a lot. @bryaxtonsmommy

It looks like eczema to me but I could be wrong. Wash his face with warm water and baby soap and make sure it is completely dry before adding lotion. Should help
