include her in picking out clothes, getting the diapers, if she is old enough and you are breastfeeding. pump sometime and let her feed the baby.

yea that is a rough age to transition to big sis. my oldest was 2 when my twins were born. so when they would nap I would spend time with her coloring or watch a movie
