iv beem having wierd pains i think it might be my body adjusting to all this

thats what i was told when i went to the clinic for bc and before giving me options they did a pregnancy test and it came back positive so they told me i was around 3 weeks sincr my las period

4weeks? maybe u been doing some serious work outs and it's paying off? lol jk idk but it's not bc of the baby...way way way too small to cause anything noticeable physically.
