As you get farther into your first trimester, closer to your second it should slowly fade away or just instantly be gone (if you're lucky). But every women and pregnancy is different. If you're super uneasy about it you could get a fetal Doppler off the interent

I paid $40 for mine. It comes with the gel, the Doppler and a recording cord. Sonoline fetal Doppler is the brand I got. I just googled it

I haven't been nauseous at all. only once.

@lezette, I've been nauseous a handful of times, but i haven't actually had any sickness. Now the nausea is pretty nonexistent for the most part.
