My son has given me his tummy bug, this is the worst thing I've felt in a long time. :( being about 30 weeks pregnant and dry heaving because theres nothing left like 6. hrs ago while being at home still taking care of your 3 yr old, is body hell. i swear.

try drinking some type of mint tea with honey. it should help settle your tummy some. and it's safe to give to lil man too.

just did this two days ago and it was the worst 24 hrs ever! just stay hydrated as best you can and don't worry so much about food is what the nurses told me bc the puking and diarrhea was causing contractions too for me....hope it passes quickly for you! 💓
