@autumn, @amazing2014, @xtianaaax thank you for your responses. I feel relieved that some of you have taken it without serious adverse events. As I said I am very nervous. I'm 14w1day so the correlation between my last incident of mmc 2yrs had nothing to do with an antibiotic. A sigh of relief! Thank you again ladies. I find that this board is much better than the others I'm a part of.

I was on that in the beginning of my pregnancy. I had like three UTIs in the first few months. I didn't have any weird symptoms from it. Just make sure to eat when you take it because I did end up throwing up one of the times I took it on an empty stomach. But it worked really well for me, other than it taking a little longer to kick in because it's not as strong. That was definitely the downside.

I'm on it right now and I have to be on this cream for yeast now just bc the antibiotic

it makes you down there smell like the antibiotic, it didn't work for me. the doctor ended up having to give me macrobid and that worked fine.
