of course, I STILL don't have my new car today... so I STILL have to sit around my house home alone, at almost 40 weeks pregnant, 3cm dialated and no freaking vehicle. apparently I'll have to wait until Tuesday to get my car, which will turn out to be much longer if I go into labor.
so not only do I NOT have a carseat to bring my baby home in, I also don't have a car to bring my baby home. and I'm sick and tired of hearing "we will figure it out. quit worrying." I'm going to punch the next person who says that!!!

@jaixi, can't rent a car because my warranty doesn't cover the transmission of my old car (which we are trading for my new car) to get fixed so they wont pay for a rental car like they did last time they had to fix my transmission, but they cant get their act together and give me my new car when i was told it would be ready friday and I told them I NEEDED it this week. so I can't even get my old car back until my new one is ready. and borrowing a carseat is not safe, there's no way I'm putting my newborn in a carseat I don't trust when the hospital is an hour away and every time I drive to or from the hospital someone almost runs me off the interstate. it's not a safe drive at all so I can't justify using an unsafe carseat at all.

@katearabella, I'm going to. I'm tired of everyone going "oh don't buy something" or "hold off on getting the things you need because so and so said they were gunna help get some stuff" I'm due Monday and according to my doctor they will be surprised if I make it to my due date, and I still have NOTHING I absolutely need right now because my boyfriend is relying on a bunch of "family" who I've never even heard of before. like we are basically screwed right now because of depending on everyone else when I wanted to handle things myself.

dude yes ! I'm completely with you I do have a car seat just no car but I don't have anything else ready for baby to come and I freak out about it all the time my fiance tells me to "relax we will figure something out" but it makes me even more mad cause I'm the only taking this seriously

Some hospitals will have a carseat they will give you if you dont have one I know the hospital here does

@mommy.to.be.041016, I have a car, it's just at the shop at the dealership while we are waiting for the paperwork to be finalized on my new 2016 ford escape. so I don't have a car with me that I can drive since the dealership screwed up the paperwork. and SUPPOSEDLY my boyfriends mom is buying us the carseat we want, but apparently she's waiting on some sort of huge check so she can afford to buy the one we want. when if she had left us alone and let us buy our own carseat we would already have the seat cause we would have bought it ourself. (or if she listened to me she would have caught the seat on sale.for $84 like I told her to instead of $300)
it's just one of those things where I've been through it all before, this is not my first kid even though it's my boyfriends first kid, he needs to trust me and understand I'm not going to unecessary stress about things that don't need stressed about.
