My 16 month old daughter has chicken pox, I'm 7 months pregnant does anyone know if I need to tell gp or are we both immune because I had it when I was a child? Thank you in advance xx

both my kids have had it whilst I've been pregnant, as long as you've had it you should be ok x

You can get it more than once hun, My sister had it twice. I've never had it for some reason. So my midwife said to stay well clear of children that may be infected etc. I would talk to your midwife xx

my daughter had it when I was pregnant and if u have had it as a child for definite then you should already be immune to it. plus the infection starts before spots come out so u would of already been exposed to itfor a while x
