so I took a test last night and it was negative when my husband came home this morning he picked it up and asked me what is this and it read positive???

if your test says to check the results 10 minutes after peeing on it, any result after about 10-15 minutes is invalid.
when you throw away your negative test, but pick it up a few hours later to look at it you will probably see a positive on it, not cause you're pregnant, but because of evaporation. as the liquid starts evaporating off the test the answer on it changes from negative to positive.
