Hey preggies. I have a serious migraine and can't take my medicine for it because I am 8 weeks…

One tylenol and a cup of bold coffee. They work together and it works similar to taking excedrin.

Lots of water and vitamin water is what I do. Tylenol doesn't help me either

Try a cold compress on your head or neck, if that's bothersome try a heating pad.. stay hydrated and make sure you snack too

i had to get shots at the hospital for mine every time

grape jucie has been know to help. my niece had really bad headaches and grape jucie helped her. :)

Cold compress

submerge your hands and feet in very warm water with a cold compress on the nape of your neck. works for me every time!

the combo of hot and cold should help. I don't like pills or meds, so I always look for ways to get rid of any pain or sickness and that works.

@angiebebe, that's how I am I hate poisioning my body when I'm pregnant

I'm the same. I don't like medicines regardless, unless I have absolutely no other choice, which is rare.
