baby weight is falling off...I weighed in at 219lbs while pregnant now I'm 173lbs. I can't wait until I can really work out. I do miss my old body but I'm thankful for the outcome of being able to give life to two amazing kids.

I was pumping and supplementing with formula but I'm having some issues with milk supply and I want to exclusively brestfeed
