Hiya girls I just bought that raspberry leaf tea how do I do this now is it just one cup a day lol…

well I bought some the other day an had like 4 cups a day 😂 I don't think you have to limit yourself, and if you do I sure as he'll haven't an I've been fine 😂😂 lol hope it works for you @welshy xxx

It won't induce labour hun, your that close to your due date I don't think it matters how much you drink. x

they say only 1 cup a day up is plenty. not ment to over do it untill the the last couple weeks. x

You'd have needed to start drinking it around 24 weeks for it to have any effect , but it can help labour itself be quicker still so I'd still give it a try xx

I drink 4 a day hun xx
