If you're having twins... when did you find out? 
My 6 week ultrasound had two yolks and my HCG was at just over 14,500 then. I feel like I'm having twins. I've got another ultrasound scheduled for the 3rd but it's almost painful to wait. I just want anyone carrying twins to let me know what signs they had!

We found out at er visit on January second. My progesterone and hcg was really high on my bloodwork so they thought I was about to be second trimester. So when the pain got worse than I expected I went to er

I was really nauseated but I thought it was normal, but I found out I was having twins around 12 weeks or so. I found out I was prego Jan 10th last year and didn't have my first ultrasound till Feb 19th, and that's when I found out it was twins, I didn't really have symptoms till about 14 weeks, that's when I started getting symptoms in full force

The signs aren't really different, you just show a lot quicker than a single baby pregnancy.
