You could drink the whole Picot that's what I use and it doesn't seem to have an effect of baby she just moves a little more and I feel better my boyfriend uses it as well since he is the one suffering from the heart burn more than me lol

It says we can only drink 6 but it doesn't work for me either 😩 never tried alka seltzer but I did try Picot (similar to it) tonight and it totally worked! 👍🏼 just half of the package tho. Try it! 😊

although I haven't tried it..I heard zantac works wonderful..I need that right now..my acid reflux is on 1,000 I can't even lay down and go to sleep smh
