Has anyone else sacrificed there nipple rings for breastfeeding? Or even kept them?

I took mine off when I had my son 5months ago. I wish I still had them 😫

I took them off when I was pregnant because they would hurt..but if I was you I would take them off its safe for your baby if you're gonna breastfeed
