no there not if you take a few a day i take 4 a day and my doctor said there safe and to eat high fiber foods especially oatmeal. @pinky8112

i got tht prescribed too but i try not to take them instead i eat prunes and they work amazing for me. You should try it.

@aalyx_xoxo,  its horrible I had to take one  I read online its safe once in a while but I'm still scared I just needed it
