Has anyone taken Unisom to sleep?

And if so what are your results? Are you drowsy the next day?

Knocked me out. Was drowsy the next day worse than benadryl.

@queeneden, was it the gel caps or the chewables?

I take half and B6 for nausea. After a while it'll start to not work if you take it all the time. But when I first started it knocked me out right away.

Benadryl helps me sleep I wake up feeling refreshed and it helps me get to sleep fast haven't tried unisom

I took a gel capsule at 11 and I literally don't feel anything 😑 and this is my first time taking it

dont take anything with melatonin.!!!! it is known to cause various birth defects

also if you are diabetic it messes with your sugars. mine dropped so low once I was petrified
