HELP!!!

I have a graphic tmi pic that I'll post in comments...

at the hospital after delivery & breast feeding I developed a small blister thing on my nipple... some nurses said milk blister, some said clogged milk duct that would eventually push through... well it's worse now after pumping and I'm kinda scared.... it's tender but not painful... has anyone ever had anything like this?
